1. Each GreenFree voucher entitles two golfers to play together for the price of one. Both golfers must tee-off together for one 18-hole round of golf based on the published standard Adult Visitor Green Fee at the courses participating in the GreenFree promotion. GreenFree may be applied to the Day Ticket Rate as well as or instead of the 18 hole rate, if specified by any course in the GreenFree scheme. To obtain the GreenFree rate one voucher must be handed over with the balance of the GreenFree green fee at the chosen course(s) for two people to play together. Two vouchers must be exchanged for four people to play together, etc.
2. Any single GreenFree booking must comprise of no more than four or eight players (as specified by each course). GreenFree Vouchers are strictly for casual play only and cannot be used as substitute or part payment for any society/corporate booking or formal competition play where prizes are presented. Separate bookings on any one day by groups of players who are deemed to be part of the same party and which in total exceeds 4 or 8 players, as allowed by each courses, may not claim the GreenFree rate without the express agreement of the course at the time of booking.
3. The number of times a voucher holder or the guest of a voucher is allowed to play at each participating course in any 12 months period is indicated in each course's description. Voucher usage is strictly monitored at the courses where the number of visits is restricted. Golfers attempting to play more than the allowed number of times will not be allowed GreenFree terms.
4. Vouchers can only be used at the High Season and/or Low Season times specified by each of the courses in the GreenFree Golf Scheme. Vouchers cannot be used at any other courses.
5. GreenFree vouchers are valid for exchange at all courses listed on the golfgreenfees.com web site designated as accepting GreenFree Vouchers. No refunds can be made for vouchers not used after their final validity date.
6. Vouchers are only valid if the golfer has telephoned the course in advance, first declared that he/she wishes to use a GreenFree voucher and then booked a tee time.
7. All requests to play at the permitted GreenFree times on each course are subject to tee availability at those times.
8. At some of the courses only voucher holders with official club handicaps will be allowed to play. In these cases, players will be asked to present a current handicap certificate when paying the GreenFree green fee. Players who do not have a certificate will not be allowed to play.
9. Players must dress properly for golf. Golfers will be refused access to courses and clubhouse if dressed in jeans, T-shirts, trainers and the like. Some courses have strict dress codes in the clubhouses. Golfers should check when they telephone to book.
10. Golfers may purchase a maximum of 40 vouchers per household in any one 12 month period.
11. GreenFree vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other short term incentive or green fee discount promotion the participating courses may from time to time advertise.
12. Only authentic vouchers supplied by the promoter, sequentially numbered and specially embossed, will be accepted by the participating courses.
13. GreenFree vouchers will be rendered invalid if they are sold, purchased or exchanged for cash or credit considerations, or are altered or defaced.
14. Voucher applicants must be aged 18 or over. Adults with GreenFree vouchers may bring a junior guest but it is at the discretion of each participating course whether they allow the junior green fee rate to be applied to their GreenFree terms. Voucher holders should ask when they telephone to book.
15. The published details of the participating courses are based upon information supplied by the courses and may be subject to change without notice. Every care has been taken to ensure their accuracy at the time of publishing to the web site, but golfgreenfees.com cannot be held responsible for any errors.
16. Golfgreenfees.com are always willing to investigate any complaints as it helps to ensure that their high standards are upheld. However, they cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between golfers and any golf courses within the GreenFree Golf Scheme.
17. Every effort will be made to fulfil applications for vouchers quickly. Nevertheless, applicants should allow 7 working for delivery.
